The peculiarity of FPM Group is to offer to its clients a unique interface that enables the consultants to have a holistic view on all activities, but most important it allows the clients to save precious time and money, since there is no more need to relate to multiple counterparts with no synergies among them.
After having received the mandate from the client, FPM performs an internal assessment in order to evaluate if the requested activity might be covered within the structure or if it would be more efficient to be outsourced to a trusted partner, of course in the interests of the client.
Therefore, the client is always sure to receive an outstanding service, either from FPM or a third party. In the latter case, FPM will duly monitor the way of working of the partner in order to ensure the internal quality standards, which have to be discussed and agreed with the client.
